摘要: Embodiments relate to a blood cell analyzer, a method, and a use of an infection marker parameter. The blood cell analyzer includes a sample aspiration device that is used for aspirating a blood sample of a subject to be tested, a sample preparation device that is used for preparing a test sample, an optical detection device that is used for testing the test sample to obtain optical information, and a processor. The processor is configured to: obtain from first optical information of a first test sample a first leukocyte parameter of a first target particle population in the first test sample; obtain from second optical information of a second test sample a second leukocyte parameter of a second target particle population in the second test sample, the first and/or second leukocyte parameters including a cell characteristic parameter; and on the basis of the first leukocyte parameter and the second leukocyte parameter, obtain an infection marker parameter for evaluating an infection state of the subject, and output the infection marker parameter. Thus, an accurate and effective infection marker parameter can be quickly provided to a user, thereby effectively assisting the user to evaluate the infection state of the subject.

摘要: The application discloses a sample analysis method for detecting blast cells, a sample analyzer, a reagent and a use thereof. The sample analysis method comprises the following operations: obtaining a specimen to be tested; preparing a first sample comprising at least a portion of the specimen to be tested and a first reagent, the first reagent comprising a hemolytic agent containing at least one nonionic surfactant comprising a dehydrated sorbitan fatty acid ester and a staining agent containing a fluorescent dye; causing particles in the first sample to pass one by one through a detection area of an optical detection device to obtain optical signals of the particles; obtaining first characteristic region information and ghost region information based on the optical signal; obtaining the blast cell information based on the first characteristic region information and the ghost region information. This method can accurately detect the existence of blast cells in blood samples.

摘要: An endoscope data transmission cable (71). "Electro-optical-electro" conversion is realized at two ends of the endoscope data transmission cable (71), respectively. A high-speed video signal in the cable (71) is transmitted by using an optical fiber (204), thereby ensuring the signal transmission quality and reliability. In addition, an electro-optical conversion module and a photoelectric conversion module are integrated at two ends of the cable (71), an electrical signal at a camera (40) end is transmitted to the cable (71) by means of an electrical connector (205), and is then converted into an optical signal by means of the electro-optical conversion module, the optical signal is transmitted in the cable (71) by means of the optical fiber (204), and is then converted, at a connection end of the cable (71) and an image processing device (50), into the electrical signal by means of the photoelectric conversion module, and the electrical signal is then transmitted into the image processing device (50) by means of an electrical connector.

摘要: A magnetic-damping extremely-fast optical wheel, relating to the technical field of computer mice. The magnetic-damping extremely-fast optical wheel comprises a PCBA (1), and a middle key (2), a left swing key (20) and a right swing key (21) which are arranged on the PCBA (1); a support (4) is mounted on the surface of the PCBA (1) by means of a PCB (3); optical sensing components electrically connected to the PCBA (1) are arranged inside the support (4); a magnetic outer shaft (8) is provided with light through holes (25), and the light through holes are circumferentially and evenly distributed; an optical receiver (23) and an optical transmitter (24) are spaced apart from each other on two sides; if an initial state is ON, after rotation by one tooth, the state becomes OFF, if the initial state is OFF, after rotation by one tooth, the state becomes ON, and further rotation is performed to enter the next cycle. A pressing portion (22) and a bushing (10) are provided; first magnetic teeth (7) and second magnetic teeth (9) each are evenly arranged in an array; in the process of driving the magnetic outer shaft (8) to rotate by means of the bushing (10), when the first magnetic teeth (7) correspond to the second magnetic teeth (9), the first magnetic teeth (7) and the second magnetic teeth (9) have the strongest attraction, and as the first magnetic teeth (7) and the second magnetic teeth (9) are staggered, the attraction is gradually weakened; 24 first magnetic teeth (7) and 24 second magnetic teeth (9) are provided, one turn of rotation passes through 24 spaces, and each space corresponds to one tactile feel.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to an electrophysiology catheter which includes an inner tube and an outer tube connected in a sleeving mode. The inner tube and the outer tube are movably relative to each other, and the inner tube and the outer tube are connected with each other by an electrode assembly. The electrode assembly includes a plurality groups of base body groups and electrodes. The plurality groups of base body groups are arranged in a circumferential direction of the inner tube. The base body group connects the inner tube with the outer tube and includes two or more base bodies distributed at intervals in the circumferential direction of the inner tube The base body is deformable and at least includes a first segment and a second segment connected with each other. The first segment and the second segment have a first connecting point. The first connecting points of a same base body group are in contact connection with each other to form a junction. The electrodes are at least disposed at the junctions. The electrophysiology catheter provided in the present disclosure can improve the ablation efficiency while improving the stability of the electrodes at the ablation positions and obtain a better ablation effect.
