    摘要: Embodiments relate to a blood cell analyzer, a method, and a use of an infection marker parameter. The blood cell analyzer includes a sample aspiration device that is used for aspirating a blood sample of a subject to be tested, a sample preparation device that is used for preparing a test sample, an optical detection device that is used for testing the test sample to obtain optical information, and a processor. The processor is configured to: obtain from first optical information of a first test sample a first leukocyte parameter of a first target particle population in the first test sample; obtain from second optical information of a second test sample a second leukocyte parameter of a second target particle population in the second test sample, the first and/or second leukocyte parameters including a cell characteristic parameter; and on the basis of the first leukocyte parameter and the second leukocyte parameter, obtain an infection marker parameter for evaluating an infection state of the subject, and output the infection marker parameter. Thus, an accurate and effective infection marker parameter can be quickly provided to a user, thereby effectively assisting the user to evaluate the infection state of the subject.

    摘要: A blood cell analyzer, a method, and a use of an infection marker parameter. The blood cell analyzer includes: a sample aspiration device (110) for aspirating a blood sample of a subject to be tested, a sample preparation device (120) for preparing a test sample, an optical detection device (130) for detecting the test sample to obtain optical information, and a processor (140). The processor is configured to: obtain at least one leukocyte parameter of at least one leukocyte particle population in the test sample from the optical information, obtain an infection marker parameter on the basis of the at least one leukocyte parameter, and output the infection marker parameter, the infection marker parameter being used for predicting whether the subject is likely to progress to sepsis within a certain time period starting from when the blood sample to be tested is collected. Therefore, risk of sepsis can be quickly and accurately predicted in advance.

    摘要: A sample analysis system (100) and method, and a cell image analysis device (104). The sample analysis system (100) comprises: a blood cell analyzer (101), a smear preparation device (103), the cell image analysis device (104), and a control device (102). The control device (102) acquires a test result of at least one sample from the blood cell analyzer (101). When one of the at least one sample needs to be analyzed by means of the cell image analysis device (104), the control device (102) can further control, according to the value of at least one cell in the test result of the sample, a shooting condition used by the cell image analysis device (104), such that the cell image analysis device (104) automatically selects, according to different test results of the sample, a shooting condition matching the test result for performing shooting. Therefore, a matching shooting condition is used to pertinently shoot a cell image of a smear of a sample to be analyzed and perform analysis, thereby improving processing efficiency and accuracy of the cell image analysis device (104).
