摘要: A method is provided for producing ceramic microgranules arranged for constituting the body of ceramic tiles formed by pressing, comprising the steps of:
- setting up raw materials comprising clays, inerts and fluxes according to a defined recipe of ceramic body mix of said ceramic tiles;
- dry grinding a quantity of the raw materials (QS) to obtain a dry mixture of powders of the raw materials;
- preparing a liquid mixture with a further quantity of the raw materials (QL) and an aqueous vehicle;
- granulating by particle growth the dry mixture of powders to obtain the ceramic microgranules;
in which, except for the aqueous vehicle, the dry mixture of powders and the liquid mixture have the same composition as the defined ceramic mix recipe;
and in that said granulating by particle growth comprises injecting the liquid mixture in the form of drops onto said dry mixture of powders.-

摘要: A cutting method and apparatus for closures of the "tethered" type are disclosed, in which a spindle that carries a closure is moved to a cutting device with one or more horizontal blades and at least one vertical or oblique blade. During cutting, the spindle rotates and the closure rolls on the cutting device. The spindle, which is fed several times to the cutting device carrying each time a different closure, comprises a portion made of a softer material than the blades so that during cutting the blades penetrate the material of the closure and then sink into the softest portion of the spindle. Feeding the spindle that carries the closure to the cutting device is coordinated with rotation of the spindle so that the vertical or oblique blade, each time that the spindle is fed to the cutting device, always meets the same zone of the softest portion of the spindle.
