    摘要: A vehicle driveline clutch (10) has a flywheel (11) for connection with a rotatable first shaft (12), a pressure plate (13) rotatable with the flywheel for clamping one or more friction members (14), connectable with a rotatable second shaft (15), between the pressure plate (13) and flywheel (11) under the action of a diaphragm spring (16) to transmit drive between the first and second shafts, and actuator means (22, 23) for axial movement of a peripheral portion of the diaphragm spring (16) for disengagement/engagement of the clutch. The clutch is provided with cam means (20a, 21a) which on limited circumferential relative rotation between the flywheel (11) and pressure plate (13) in a first direction (X) increase the clamping force applied to the pressure plate (13) by the diaphragm spring (16).

    摘要: A vehicle driveline coupling for coupling a drive component to a splined drive shaft, the coupling has a primary hub connected for co-rotation with the driveline component and having a first spline connection for engaging splines on the drive shaft and a secondary hub mounted co-axially with the primary hub and having a second spline connection for engaging the splines on the drive shaft. Spring means are provided for generating a rotational torque bias between the two hubs about their co-axial axis so that the two spline connections are not aligned and cannot initially both be mounted on the drive shaft splines, and setting means acting between the hubs to rotate the hubs relative to each other against the torque bias to increase the bias and align the spline connections to allow both hubs to be mounted on the drive shaft splines. Release of the setting means after the hubs are both mounted on the drive shaft splines allowing the spring means to bias the hubs rotationally away from each other so that the first spline connection is in drive transmitting contact with the drive shaft splines and this contact is maintained, thus eliminating spline rattle, unless an overrunning torque in excess of the bias torque is transmitted through the drive shaft.

    摘要: In a loader attachment (1) for a working vehicle such as an agricultural tractor, there are arranged at least two arms (4), produced in the form of hollow bodies, which extend substantially in parallel, and at least one transverse hollow strut (6), for connecting the said arms (4). The control components (8) are mounted on a carrier member 10 located in the transverse strut (6). The design avoids weakening the cross-sectional geometry of the arms or transverse strut and prevents the supply lines and control components from becoming fouled, without the need for additional protective components.

The linkage (2) comprises an oblong power transmission section (8) and two coupling elements (4, 6), which are provided on the ends of the oblong power transmission section (8) in each case.     摘要: A fluid flow control valve comprising an outer casing with an inner valve member displaceable between first and second positions within the casing, the valve member including passages which interconnect different valve inlets and outlets dependent on whether the valve member is in its first or second position, the valve member being made from plastic material so that the diameter of the valve member can be increased without increasing its weight above that of a conventional metal inner valve member. This allows the passages through the inner valve member to be of the same internal diameter as the tubing leading up to and away from the valve. The valve member can be acted upon by a magnetic restoring means which tends to return the valve member towards its first position when displaced therefrom.
