The bracket used to mount a motor drive and a bell crank assembly to a bicycle includes a motor mounting bracket portion for mounting the motor, a transition bracket portion extending from the motor mounting bracket portion for accommodating a control cable used to operate the bell crank mechanism, and a rear frame mounting bracket portion extending from the transition bracket portion. A bell crank mounting member is disposed on one of the transition bracket portion and the rear frame mounting bracket portion for mounting the bell crank assembly. The transition bracket portion is inclined relative to one of the motor mounting bracket portion and the rear frame mounting bracket portion to facilitate mounting the motor drive mechanism to the bicycle.

    摘要: An internal hub transmission is provided for a bicycle comprising a driver member 11 rotatably mounted on a hub axle 2. A planetary gear mechanism 5 is coupled for selectively communicating rotational force from the drive member 11 to a hub body 4 through various force transmission paths. A pawl body 22 is arranged between the drive member 11 and a clutch member 26, where the pawl body 22 carries a one-way clutch 20 so as to only transmit forward rotational drive force from the drive member 11 to the pawl body 22. Therefore when back pedaling, substantially no reverse rotational motion is transferred from the drive member 11 to the clutch member 26. In a further aspect, the drive member is provided with an axially extended outer periphery to accommodate several chain sprockets. To accommodate increased mechanical loads on the drive member, an additional bearing assembly 40 is provided.

    摘要: A process and device are disclosed for producing a package of elongated winding material. A winding bobbin (50) has a conical winding core (52) and a first detachable flange (53) arranged at the side of the winding core (52) having the smaller diameter, and a second flange (54) arranged at the other side of the winding core (52). The winding bobbin (50) is held in a winding device by means of bobbin holding members (103, 104) which center both flanges (53, 54) and are supported on their surface opposite to the winding core (52). The elongated winding material (D) is then wound on the bobbin (50), the winding process being controlled in such a way that a predetermined type of bobbin is obtained. In particular when a plastic bobbin (50) is used, the package is easy to transport but is at the same time very resistant, so that additional packaging measures may be dispensed with. Packaging waste may thus be almost entirely avoided.

    摘要: The apparatus of this invention is utilized for mounting a wind turbine on the upper end of a wind turbine tower (12), the invention also relates to the method of erecting the same. The tower is provided with a pair of spaced-apart guide rails (26) positioned at one side thereof which extend from the lower end to the upper end of the tower. A carriage (32) is movably mounted on the guide rails and has a platform (52) pivotally mounted thereon adapted to support the wind turbine thereon. The carriage positions the wind turbine so that the spinner/hub and rotor blades may be secured thereto while the wind turbine is at the lower end of the tower and provides a means for slidably moving the wind turbine from the carriage to the upper end of the tower when the carriage has been winched to the upper end of the tower.
