    摘要： Disclosed is a fiber inserting apparatus comprising: a fiber clamp; a ferrule clamp opposite to the fiber clamp; and a clamp control controlling relative movement of the fiber clamp and the ferrule clamp on the rails, wherein a fiber inserting operation is performed based on the relative movement towards each other between the fiber clamp and the ferrule clamp. The fiber inserting apparatus may further comprise a straightening section comprising a chamber, elongated slots extending in a fiber inserting direction, a first drive for driving the chamber in a first direction so that the elongated slots move close to and away from the end of the bare fiber, and a second drive driving the chamber to move backwards and forwards in the fiber inserting direction, wherein the elongated slots are in communication with the chamber and a pressure in the chamber is smaller than that in the elongated slots when inserting the fiber. With the present invention, it is possible to simply operate the fiber insertion of 18 ferrules at one time, saving labor time and improving insertion efficiency.

The adjustment element may adjust the circumferential angle of the alignment sleeve with respect to the mating retainer to the predetermined circumferential angle, for example, at which the fiber insertion loss of the coupled connectors is minimal, and hold the alignment sleeve at the predetermined circumferential angle. In this way, it may improve the alignment accuracy of the coupled connectors.

    摘要： A fiber optic connector is disclosed that includes a plug body having a plug end and a connector core that mounts within the plug body. The connector core includes a ferrule subassembly including a ferrule, a ferrule hub that attaches to the ferrule, a spring holder and a connector spring. The ferrule sub-assembly is assembled with the connector spring pre-compressed to an initial compressed state prior to mounting the connector core within the connector body. The plug body and the core are configured such that the connector spring is moved from the initial compressed state to a final compressed state when the connector core is loaded in the plug body. In certain examples, tuning features can be integrated into the connector core.

As a result, in comparison to the prior art, the present invention reduces the number of components of the optical fibre connector and simplifies the structure of the optical fibre connector, thus facilitating rapid on-site assembly of the optical fibre connector.

In this manner, it becomes unnecessary to lay multiple second distribution optical cables over long distances between the first user zone and second user zone, thus reducing the laying length of second distribution optical cables, reducing material and labour costs, and additionally improving municipal aesthetics.
