摘要： The present invention consists of aluminum frames for manufacturing doors or windows, with or without thermal break, which is applied in a door or window opening of a building. It is constituted by at least one fixed frame (1) which may or may not be integrated in the floor, in the ceiling, or in the walls, and fixed or movable sashes (3) which have central posts (5) and handle (4). The locking system (6) of the sashes (3) is integrated in the aluminum profiles of the fixed frame (1) and makes it possible to adjust the number of locking points to the size of the sashes (3). The sashes (3) have no visible aluminum profiles next to the floor and next to the ceiling. In the zone of the posts (5) and of the handles the visible aluminum thickness ranges from 1mm to 5mm.

摘要： The present invention consists of an improved framing system for doors or windows, fixed panels and modular composite spans, by means of which an exterior minimalist aspect can be executed. The present invention comprises at least one fixed rim (7) and at least one movable panel (8) in which the glass (4) is glued to the movable panel (8), instead of being merely laid down or inserted, thus being part of the structural component of the movable panel (8) and making it possible to manufacture larger spans, so that one can have, for example, larger swinging windows. The invention also comprises fixation chambers for fixing squares (1), located in the fixed rim (7); polyamide thermal cutting elements (2); ironmongery (5) and elements for mechanically retaining the glass (4) from the outside of the movable panel (8). This structural innovation, the gluing of the glass (4), has the additional advantage of eliminating the torsion of the monolithic panel block; it also optimises the system's mechanical behaviour and makes the functional performances more reliable by improving the functionality of the manoeuvring accessories, allowing an increase in the lifespan of the wearing accessories.

It has a locking system (2) of the panels (4), which is integrated in the aluminium profiles of the fixed frame (1); a locking system (8) of the anti-pollen/mosquito net (9) allowing the profile (11) of the net (9) to be attached to the handle (7). The movements of the net (9) and the panels (4) can be performed either manually or automatically, in both cases this movement being facilitated by a slide rule (13) with integrated bearings.
