摘要: The present invention discloses an enclosure system for enclosing a plurality of types of fluid containers, comprising a cap component comprising a skirt having a plurality of internal threads arranged on an internal surface thereof to engage port threads of a port of the plurality of types of fluid containers; and a biasing component coupled to a portion of the skirt to bias the skirt inward; wherein the skirt is configured to expand outward against biasing of the biasing component responsive to internal pressure of the port on the internal surface as the cap component is pushed down on the port to increase an inner diameter of the skirt to allow the plurality of internal threads to engage port threads having different dimensions.

The device includes a housing with an inlet and an outlet, and a fluid barrier separating the housing into a first section containing the inlet and outlet, and a second section. The device also includes an impeller shaft coupled to an impeller and a first magnet in the first section of the housing, and a drive shaft coupled to a second magnet in the second section of the housing. The first and second magnets are arranged such that rotation of the drive shaft rotates the second magnet causing rotation of the first magnet, which drives the impeller.

摘要: The present disclosure relates generally to the field of medical devices for delivering artificial chordae tendineae in a patient An anchor for engaging a papillary muscle or heart wall is described, wherein the anchor is movable between a delivery configuration and a deployed configuration. When the anchor is in the delivery configuration the anchor has a first outer dimension and when the anchor is in the deployed configuration the anchor has a second outer dimension. The first outer dimension is smaller than the second outer dimension. The anchor is engageable with a papillary muscle or a heart wall when the anchor is in the deployed configuration. The anchor comprises a plurality of arms coupled at a proximal end thereof to a body portion, at least one arm of the plurality of arms movable between a first position and a second position when the anchor moves from the delivery configuration to the deployed configuration. The plurality of arms each have a distal tip for engaging the papillary muscle or heart wall, wherein as the anchor is moved from the delivery configuration to the deployed configuration, the plurality of arms are movable from an elongated shape to a curved shape.

摘要: Disclosed are methods and devices for isolating all three of the left subclavian, left common carotid and brachiocephalic arteries from embolic debris that might flow through the aortic arch, via a single access point. A system may include an elongate flexible tubular sheath, having a proximal end and a distal end, and an inner member extending through the sheath and moveable relative to the sheath. A left subclavian element may be supported by the inner member. A filter membrane may be configured to isolate the aorta from the brachiocephalic, left common carotid and left subclavian arteries when the left subclavian element is expanded within the left subclavian artery and the sheath is retracted to expose the membrane. The left subclavian element may include a self expandable frame, which may carry a left subclavian filter.

The working channel is open at the distal tip of the shaft. The shaft is inserted through a bodily lumen to a target surgical site. The shaft includes at least one sensor transmitting to the processor sensor data relating to the target surgical site.
