摘要： A process for determination of halogenated organic compounds, especially PCBs in at least partially hydrophobic samples like fat, using photometry comprising calibration factors calculated from spectral data at several wavelengths in the near infra-red wavelength range from calibration samples with various concentrations of the compound(s) to be determined used for the determination of the coumpound(s) in a sample by calculating concentration characteristics from their spectral data at said wavelengths with said calibration factors.
