摘要: This comprises performing a movement of the transverse and/or longitudinal register of printing rollers (R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , R 5 ), or withdrawing same from printing status, printing marks, detecting them, comparing the detected positions with at least one positional reference, and performing at least one subsequent operation. A first aspect comprises using marks that, if printed, would appear superposed, using an area of the material (2) as positional reference, and performing, as subsequent operation, an operation of associating marks with respect to printing rollers and/or register adjustment and/or pressure adjustment. A second aspect comprises performing preliminary printing and detection of the marks before said register movements, using the pre-detected positions as positional references, and performing, as subsequent operation, an operation of determining marks with respect to printing groups.

摘要: It comprises a removable body (15) that can be secured to a base body (21) by securing means (20). The removable body (15) defines a chamber-forming surface (2) facing an inking roller (5) and it supports two bands (3, 4) and lateral sealing means (11, 12) arranged so as to flank each surface forming the chamber (2) in order to make dynamic hermetic contact with said inking roller (5) in a working position, forming a chamber. On the chamber-forming surface (2) of the removable body (15) there are open inlet and outlet ports (7) that can be connected to ink-circulation means for feeding ink into and discharging it from said chamber (6). The removable body (15) is preferably made from plastic and is configured and arranged so that it can be disposed of together with the bands (3, 4) when the bands (3, 4) need to be replaced after use.

摘要: The invention relates to a flexographic printer including: at least one printing unit (3) comprising an ink roller (5) which is mounted at one end to a first runner support (10) and a plate-holding roller (6) which is mounted at one end to a second runner support (11), and at least one guide member (12, 13) for guiding the movements of the supports (10, 11) in directions that are parallel to an imaginary line (L) which perpendicularly intersects the axes of the ink and plate-holding rollers (5, 6). In addition, first upper and lower screws (14, 15) are provided parallel to the aforementioned line (L) above and below the axes of the ink and plate-holding rollers (5, 6) in order to move the first support (10) and second upper and lower screws (21, 22) are provided parallel to the line (L) above and below the axes of the ink and plate-holding rollers (5, 6) in order to move the second support (11).

摘要: The printing device using energy-curable inks is applicable to a flexographic printer comprising a printing deck (21) adapted for printing an energy-curable printing ink containing as the components, resin, pigment and a non-reactive evaporable component selected from water or another solvent, on a substrate layer (23) supported on a backpressure roller (24), and an energy emitting unit for curing said ink printed on the substrate layer (23). The printing deck (21) includes an ink application chamber (13) for applying the ink to an inking roller (11) arranged for inking-up a printing roller (12), and means for supplying printing ink from a container (1) to the corresponding ink application chamber (13). The device comprises means for maintaining the ratio of the components of the printing ink substantially constant.

摘要: The invention relates to a method of cleaning doctor devices (10) of inking units in a printer, comprising emptying the ink from an ink chamber, through feed (11) and drainage (12) tubes, into an ink tank (13) and supplying solvent into said ink chamber, followed by emptying said solvent form the ink chamber, carrying out all of said actions by using a dynamic fluid pump (15), with a first and second diaphragms of different sizes, one of the faces thereof defining respective pumping (15a) and suction (15b) chambers, said suction chamber (15b) having a greater volumetric capacity. In said method the ink is circulated for emptying by means of said pumping (15a) and suction (15b) chambers, the former being used in reverse, and solvent is supplied by entering said pumping chamber (15a) and exiting through said suction chamber (15b).
