摘要： An enclosure (1) for containment and removal of hazardous material from objects is described, having a frame (5) comprising a plurality of bars (15) and a plurality of joints (10), each joint (10) being releasably connectable to at least two bars (15), a flexible bag (20) attachable to the frame 85), the bag (20) being at least in part transparent, and comprising a resealable seam (25), and at least one adjusting device for tightening or loosening the bag (20) on the frame (5). Usually, the enclosure (1), in use, is a negative pressure enclosure. The enclosure (1) is particularly useful for containing and removing asbestos, especially from pipes (30). Also described are methods for removal of hazardous material from an object and methods for isolating an animal having an infectious and/or contagious disease using the enclosures (1).
