Aus der Düse treten Wassertropfen mit Geschwindigkeiten, die unterhalb einer Abrasionswirkung liegen. Durch diese Vorrichtung und das Verfahren wird eine effektive Online-Reinigung eines Kessels einer Abfallverbrennungsanlage erzielt.

    摘要: A process is disclosed to determine the position of a controllable water jet blower used to clean a predeterminable surface of a heatable inner chamber, preferably a combustion chamber, in which sediments are deposited. At least one point of impact of a cleaning medium projected by the water jet blower on a surface to be cleaned of the inner chamber, and the position of at least part of the water jet blower are determined and recorded. By determining the position of at least part of the water jet blower, the direction of flow of the cleaning medium out of the water jet blower can be determined. A correlation is then established between the point(s) of impact and the position of at least part of the water jet blower, taking into account at least one parameter that concerns the state of operation inside the inner chamber. This correlation allows positioning the water jet blower for cleaning the predeterminable surface. Also disclosed are a process and device for cleaning a heatable inner chamber, preferably a combustion chamber, in which sediments are deposited, by means of a controllable water jet blower that projects a cleaning medium on a predeterminable surface to be cleaned of the inner chamber. For that purpose, a correlation associated to the state of operation in the inner chamber and/or to the state of the cleaning medium is superimposed on a predetermined control of the water jet blower, so that the cleaning medium is projected as planned on the surface to be cleaned, whatever the state of operation in the inner chamber. Undesirable deviations of the cleaning jet of the water jet blower caused by different states of operation in the inner chamber may thus be compensated for.
