摘要: Provided is a composite having high bonding strength between a metal molded body and another molded body. A composite formed of a metal molded body and an adhesive layer, wherein the metal molded body has a porous structure section formed in a surface layer part, and the adhesive layer is formed in the porous structure section. An average of a maximum elevation difference in the porous structure section from a surface of the metal molded body measured according to the following method is in a range from 30 to 200 µm, and a range of the maximum elevation difference used as a basis for calculating the average maximum elevation difference is within ±40% when the average maximum elevation difference is defined as a reference. Method for measuring the average maximum elevation difference: A length range of 500 µm is selected at a maximum of ten locations in a surface area region of 20 mm × 20 mm (if less than 20 mm × 20 mm, then the total surface area region) of the porous structure section of the metal molded body, the maximum elevation difference of pores of the porous structure within the above-mentioned range is measured from a cross-sectional SEM image, and an average value of the maximum elevation difference is determined.

摘要: A resin molded body obtained from a resin composition containing a thermoplastic resin (A), a flame retardant (B), and a metal fiber (C). The resin molded body contains from 15 to 30 mass% of the flame retardant (B) and from 2.5 to 7.5 mass% of the metal fiber (C), with the remainder being component (A) to make a total of 100 mass%. The resin molded body has a determination result of V-0 or V-1 in a burning test using the UL 94 V test method on a test piece having a thickness of 1.5 mm. The resin molded body satisfies the requirements described in the following (I) to (IV). (I) A thickness of the resin molded body is from 1.5 to 8.0 mm. (II) The resin molded body self-extinguishes within five minutes after the completion of a burning test using burning test method E as described below. (III) The resin molded body does not have a hole after being subjected to a burning test using burning test method E as described below. (IV) The resin molded body has an electromagnetic wave shielding property of more than 30 dB using a KEC method electric field in a frequency range from 1 to 100 MHz. Burning test method E: A plaque (150 × 150 × 2.0 mm) made of the molded body described above is used. A 200 mm-long flame is applied from above the plaque directly onto the center of the plaque for 130 seconds. The distance from the flame contact position on the plaque to the burner mouth is 150 mm.

摘要: A slurry capable of strongly adhering an active material to a surface of a current collector even when heat-dried at high temperature is provided. The slurry according to an embodiment of the present invention contains at least an active material and a fibrous adhesion-imparting component and has a property expressed by Equation (1) below: (Peel strength P 60 ) / (peel strength P 80 ≥ 0.8) (1), where the peel strength P 60 is peel strength determined as follows: a laminate of a copper foil/a solidified product/an acrylic plate is prepared by applying the slurry to a surface of a copper foil having a thickness of 15 µm and drying at 60°C for 30 minutes to produce a solidified product with a length of 25 mm, a width of 150 mm, and a thickness of 100 µm, bonding an acrylic plate to a surface of the solidified product with a double-sided adhesive tape and reciprocating a 1-kg weight 5 times; the peel strength is determined when a copper foil edge is peeled at an angle of 90° and a speed of 100 mm/min in a state where the acrylic plate side of the resulting laminate is fixed; and the peel strength Pso is peel strength determined by the same method as the peel strength P 60 except for changing the drying conditions to 80°C for 22.5 minutes.
