摘要: An electronic device 2 includes a housing 4, a circuit substrate 6, a connector 8, and a seal 38 obtained by a sealant having fluidity being hardened. The housing 4 includes a lower case 10 and an upper case 12 that covers the lower case 10. The connector 8 is disposed between the upper case 12 and the lower case 10. The lower case 10 has a case groove 18. A connector projection 30 disposed on the connector 8 and a case projection 24 disposed on the upper case 12 are fitted into the case groove 18. The connector 8 includes a connector groove 32, and the case projection 24 is fitted into the connector groove 32. An obstructor for inhibiting flow of the sealant is disposed in the case groove 18 or the connector groove 32.

摘要: Electronic equipment (100) includes a plurality of heat generating elements (101), a single heat sink (102), and a single cover (103). The heat generating elements (101) are arranged adjacent to one another in a one-dimensional array in a predetermined alignment direction (DO). The faces of the heat generating elements (101) on one side are fixed directly or indirectly to the heat sink (102). The faces of the heat generating elements (101) on the other side are in direct or indirect contact with the cover (103). The cover (103) is fixedly screwed to the heat sink (102) at opposite ends in the alignment direction (D0) on the outer side of the heat generating elements (101). The heat generating elements (101) are sandwiched and held between the heat sink (102) and the cover (103). This allows heat generated by the heat generating elements (101) to be efficiently radiated via the heat sink (102) and allows the heat generating elements (101) to be easily connected to the heat sink (102).

摘要: According to the present invention, in a spark ignition-type internal combustion engine which has a spark plug and mounted in a vehicle, an ion current generated in a combustion chamber through the spark plug after ignition is detected and smoldering of the spark plug is determined on the basis of the detected ion current. An operation state of the internal combustion engine is detected and smoldering of the spark plug is determined based on that the detected ion current satisfies a predetermined condition when the detected operation state falls within an operation determination range set corresponding to an operation range in which an intake port pressure close to an atmospheric pressure is achieved using predetermined engine speed as an upper limit and a predetermined intake port pressure as a lower limit.
