摘要： A high pressure hydraulic flow control valve (16) is formed with a spool (62) which is capable of operating as a conventional spool to control the flow of fluid from an input port (38) to an output port (40) or to a return port (50). The spool also provides overload protection which will permit fluid to pass from the input port (38) directly to the return port (50) when an overload pressure condition exists in the fluid supply line. In alternative structure, the overload pressure release system may be incorporated into the valve which is used to control the return of fluid from the output port (40) to the return passage (50). The high pressure hydraulic flow control valve is formed from a die-cast housing (34) and has hardened seats mounted in access passages so as to bear against a seating shoulder. Preferably, a retaining sleeve is mounted in the access passage to bear against the hardened seat to retain it against the seating shoulder.

摘要： In an hydraulic wobble pump having, a housing assembly which has first and second oppositely disposed outer ends, a wobble chamber and a power transmission chamber formed in said housing, a wobble shaft mounted for rotation in said housing and extending into said wobble and power transmission chambers, said wobble shaft having an inner end located in said wobble chamber, a power transmission gear removably mounted on said wobble shaft and located in said power transmission chamber, a plurality of pistons slidably mounted in cylinders formed in said housing and extending longitudinally from said wobble chamber to said first outer end of said housing at circumferentially spaced intervals about the periphery of a central portion of said housing, the improvement of; a service passage formed at said second end of said housing and opening into said power transmission chamber, said passage being proportioned to permit said power transmission gear to pass therethrough when being mounted on or removed from the wobble shaft when it is located in said power transmission chamber, a fluid inlet passage extending inwardly from said first outer end through said central portion of said housing and opening into said wobble chamber directly opposite said inner end of said wobble shaft to permit an anvil shaft to extend therethrough to provide a support which will support the wobble shaft when said power transmission gear is being mounted on wobble shaft when it is located in said housing. The hydraulic wobble pump has an inlet passage extending inwardly from one end thereof through the central portion of said housing and opening into said wobble chamber. The inlet passage being arranged to admit hydraulic fluid to said wobble chamber substantially centrally between said cylinders so as to be substantially uniformly distributed to each cylinder in use.

摘要： A penumatic valve which is suitable for use in controlling the operation of a penumatic drive system such as that used for raising and lowering the body of a dump truck. The valve is opened and closed by a slide member which is mounted in a cylinder formed in the valve housing. An air inlet passage opens into the cylinder and an air outlet passage and a vent passage open from said cylinder. A first flow control valve in the inlet passage which is operable to close to prevent and open to permit the passage of air from the inlet passage to the cylinder. A second flow control valve in the vent passage which is operable to close to prevent and open to permit the passage of air from said cylinder to the vent passage thereby to vent the outlet passage. The slide member is adapted to locate the first flow control valve in its closed position and the second flow control valve in its open position when in the first position and to locate the first flow control valve in its open position and the second flow control valve in its closed position when in the second position.

摘要： A pneumatic control valve system has a modulating valve and a piston. When the operator depresses the piston, pressure is communicated to a switching piston moving that piston to a switched position so that pressure is communicated to a switching outlet. The switching piston retains this switched position when the first piston is released. When the modulating valve is opened to communicate pressure to a work port, pressure is also communicated to the switching piston in order to move the switching piston back to its unswitched position whereat the switching outlet is vented. The switching piston allows the control of another function.
