摘要： The invention relates to the cleaning of profile forms that serve to produce tire profiles on running surfaces of vehicle tires wherein the profile forms are cleaned in base wash while being applied with ultrasounds. The profile forms run through a pre-cleaning and a primary cleaning chamber one after the other; in between, they are washed in a rinsing bath. After cleaning in the primary cleaning chamber, the profile forms are inspected for remaining contaminants and valves are inspected and loosened with regard to the mobility thereof while being applied with ultrasounds. The profile forms are then cleaned again. The invention also relates to a device for carrying out said method.
