The disclosure relates to a method of producing a composite material including carbon fiber and a melt-fabricable fluororesin, the method including: (1) preparing prepreg by heating and compressing a stack of opened carbon fiber and a film of a melt-fabricable fluororesin at a temperature not lower than a melting point of the fluororesin, the film having a back tension set to 3.0 N/cm 2 or less; and (2) preparing a composite material by heating and compressing one or more sheets or pieces of the prepreg stacked in a thickness direction at a temperature not lower than the melting point of the fluororesin.

A fiber-reinforced resin composite sheet of the present invention contains: a polyamide resin film containing a dicarboxylic acid component (a) and a diamine component (b); and a plurality of reinforcing fibers laminated in a state of being oriented in the same direction on the polyamide resin film, the reinforcing fibers being obtained by opening a reinforcing fiber bundle. The dicarboxylic acid component (a) contains 60 mol% or more and 100 mol% or less of terephthalic acid. The diamine component (b) contains 60 mol% or more and 100 mol% or less of 1,9-nonanediamine and 2-methyl-1,8 octanediamine. The fiber-reinforced resin composite sheet has a volume content rate Vf of the reinforcing fibers of 20% or more and 70% or less and a thickness of 20 µm or more and 70 µm or less.

In a polygon enclosing one tile, tile support portions are formed in the vicinity of at least 2 intersections extending from frame members between the tile and the laying surface, so as to form a space between the tile and the laying surface to which adhesive is to be supplied; elongated holes for filling with adhesive are formed in a penetrating manner in the inner portions of frame members in which tile support portions are formed and along the axis thereof.
