    摘要： The present invention provides for a method for processing rendered animal fat wherein low nitrogen-content rendered animal fat is prepared by removal of nitrogen compounds selected from a nitrogen containing heterocyclic compounds or volatile nitrogen containing compounds or small cyclic nitrogen compounds from rendered animal fat by extraction. The invention also relates to the use of methanol in the method, the rendered animal fat, soil additives obtained from the nitrogen compounds removed and a system for these operations.
