摘要： The present invention relates to a dendritic cell-mimicking nanostructure for inhibiting immune checkpoints and a method for preparing same, the nanostructure comprising: a nanoparticle core; and a shell including a cell membrane of a lipid molecule derived from a dendritic cell, wherein the shell contains an αCTLA-4 monoclonal antibody. The present invention can provide an excellent effect of immune-anticancer treatment by increasing the immune response by means of strong activation of cytotoxic T cells through the inhibitory activity of the immune checkpoints.
