摘要： The present invention relates to a bispecific antibody comprising an anti-CD19 single-chain fragment variable and an anti-CD3 single-chain fragment variable. The present invention also relates to T cells secreting the bispecific antibody, method of preparation of T cells secreting the bispecific antibody and uses thereof in the treatment of a hematological malignancy selected from the group consisting of lymphoma, leukemia and myeloma.
