摘要： A thermal exchange element to be used for the production of heat exchangers for heating plants such as, for example, condensing boilers for domestic or industrial use. The thermal exchange element (1) according to the invention comprises a longitudinal sleeve (8) provided with an outer surface (8A) suitable for being skimmed by a heat carrier fluid. The sleeve (8) comprises an inner surface (8B) which defines a through cavity suitable for being crossed by a liquid to be heated. The element furthermore comprises a flow separator (10) positioned inside said sleeve (8) so as to define a plurality of circulation channels (5A, 5B, 5C) inside said cavity. The flow separator (10) comprises a plurality of raised surfaces (11) arranged in contact with the inner surface (8B) of the sleeve (8) to obtain the mechanical seal between two mutually adjacent channels.
