摘要： Threaded scaffolding bolts are provided with threads in which the thread side faces subtend an angle of about 90', and the side faces are connected by radiused crowns and troughs. Such a thread provides a positive locking action, is more capable of withstanding damage and is less likely to clog with cement than a Whitworth thread, and is less susceptible to stripping than certain known threads employed in scaffolding which have a shallow thread profile. The radii of the crowns and troughs is desirably less than 0.4 times the thread depth.
