摘要： A storage device for articles such as garments has hangers (24) spaced along a beam (20) which is movable, e.g. pivotable, between a first position in which the hangers are in a generally vertical array and a second position in which they are in a generally horizontal array. In the second position it is easy to load the hangers, while in the first position the storage space taken up by the articles is small. The device may be installed in a closet so that the beam (20) can be moved from the inside to the outside of the closet and then rotated. Alternatively, it may be used for a mobile clothes horse.
