摘要: L'invention concerne une pompe à liquide permettant de transporter des matières sensibles d'un premier à un second emplacement, par un conduit principal (11). Ladite pompe comporte un premier segment (12) dans lequel un liquide secondaire s'écoule avec les matières. Un orifice d'admission recevant un liquide primaire provenant d'une cavité, comporte une surface convexe ou Coanda (21), et injecte un liquide primaire dans le conduit principal (11) en aval du premier segment (13). Le liquide primaire intercepte la surface convexe (21) de manière sensiblement tangentielle, et tourne dans un angle donné jusque dans un angle ressemblant plus étroitement à celui de l'axe longitudinal de la pompe. 摘要: The invention provides an apparatus and method for handling a solid/liquid mixture, for example for conveying fish immersed in a fish/water mixture. The apparatus has a receiving chamber (12) to receive the mixture through an inlet valve (16) when the chamber is subjected to low pressure, and to discharge the mixture through an outlet valve (18) thereof when pressure in the chamber is increased. A quantity sensor (73) is responsive to a predetermined quantity of mixture within the chamber (12) to isolate the chamber from low pressure when the predetermined quantity is reached. The inlet valve (16) is positioned adjacent an upper portion of the chamber above a maximum upper level of mixture within the chamber, and has seat clearing structure to clear the inlet valve seat of solids when flow therethrough ceases. An inlet flow sensor (34) is responsive to inlet flow of mixture through the inlet valve and raises pressure in the chamber when the flow therethrough stops, to provide time for solids to clear the inlet valve (16) before closure thereof. The quantity sensor (73) also has a mode selector for selecting mode of operation of the apparatus which is responsive to quantity of mixture and controls pressure changes within the chamber. A valve/switch which controls actuation of controls for changing pressure within the chamber is magnetically responsive to flow sensors (34, 92) disposed within inlet and outlet ducts to permit actuation of the valve/switch without mechanical contact therewith. This isolates the valve/switch from contamination with the mixture in the duct and vice versa.

摘要: A pump (10) for pumping a slurry of frail material is provided by a rigid chamber (12) which is connected to a source of negative air pressure when an inlet valve (18) is open and an outlet valve (20) closed to suck the slurry through the open inlet valve into the chamber, the amount of slurry in the chamber is sensed and when it reaches a preset amount a controller (70) is triggered to disconnect the source of negative pressure and close the inlet valve (18), and then admit air under positive pressure to the chamber, then open the outlet valve (20) to drive the contents of the chamber (12) through the outlet by replacing a significant amount of the contents with air. The controller then causes the air pressure in the chamber to be reduced and closes the outlet valve (20), and then reconnects the chamber to the source of negative pressure and then opens the inlet valve to commence a second cycle. The inlet and outlet valves are bladder type valves to protect the frail material and permit simplified operation.
