摘要： This invention relates to a novel keratinocyte growth factor-2 analogue (KGF-2A), its gene, the preparation method thereof and the therapeutic use thereof. The KGF-2A of the present invention has a characteristic of its restricted expression in hair follicles derived from alopecia patients and shows its stimulatory effect on hair-follicle cell proliferation. Therefore KGH-2A can be used to prevent or treat alopecia and to promote or accelerate hair growth and hair-follicle repair.
