摘要： An air step board for health is disclosed. The step board has an upper plate on the upper surface of a board frame, and a shock absorbing leg on a corner of an underside of the board frame. The board frame is formed using a synthetic resin material through injection molding such that a seating part is provided on the upper surface of the board frame, and a reinforcing rib is provided in the seating part to reduce a weight of the board frame and impart sufficient strength. A handle is provided on at least one side of the board frame. In this invention, the board frame having the reinforcing rib is manufactured through injection molding, thus enhancing the durability of the board frame, permitting mass production, and ensuring easy workability, and a reinforcing plate is provided between the reinforcing ribs and the upper plate, thus reliably withstanding shocks.
