The present invention provides a total heat exchanging element paper using a paper made using mainly a natural pulp beaten to a Canadian modification freeness of not more than 150 ml, a substantially non-porous total heat exchanging element paper comprising a substantially non-porous cellulosic base which contains a moisture absorbing agent, a non-porous total heat exchanging element paper having a high gas barrier property which has a thickness of not more than 100 µm and a carbon dioxide permeation constant specified in JIS K7126 of not more than 5.0 × 10 -13 mol·m/m 2 ·s·Pa, and a non-porous total heat exchanging element paper having a high enthalpy exchangeability which has a water vapor permeability specified in JIS Z0208 of not less than 1000 g/m 2 ·24Hr at 20°C and 65%RH.

    摘要: An ordinary type paper for use in both ink-jet recording and electrophotographic recording which comprises a supporting material and a cationic resin coated thereon in an amount of 0.5 to 2.0 g/m in terms of the amount of a dried resin, and has a surface resistivity of 1.0 x 10 to 9.9 x 10 OMEGA . It is preferred that the cationic resin has a cationic equivalent of 3 to 8 meq/g as measured by the colloidal titration method and that the internal sizing agent used in the supporting material is a neutral rosin sizing agent or an alkenyl succinic anhydride. The supporting material may contain a pulp from waste paper. This paper for use in both ink-jet recording and electrophotographic recording is excellent with respect to the water resistance of an image in ink-jet recording and also excellent in toner transfer characteristics and carrying characteristics in electrophotographic recording.

    摘要: The present invention provides an ink jet recording material for use with non-aqueous ink having no pigment-containing coating layer on its recording surface, or so-called plain paper type ink jet recording material for use with non-aqueous ink, which is highly resistant to bleeding of non-aqueous ink containing a high-boiling point petroleum solvent. The ink jet recording material according to the present invention comprises wood pulp and a filler which is at least one substance selected from the group consisting of calcined kaolin, precipitated calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide, the ash content thereof being not less than 5% by weight and not more than 35% by weight. Preferably, the boiling point of the non-aqueous ink solvent is 100°C or higher, the Bristow absorption coefficient of the recording material is 50 ml/m 2 •sec 1/2 , and its density is not less than 0.60 g/cm 3 and not higher than 1.05 g/cm 3 .
