    摘要： A disposable capsule (80) containing coffee powder (1) to be used for preparing Turkish coffee (3) in a device (180) for delivering Turkish coffee (3) comprises a cup portion (83) defining a chamber (89) containing the coffee powder (1), with a mouth (87) and an edge (84) about the mouth (87); an engagement portion (81) protruding from one side of the edge and configured to be fixedly connected in a seat (184) of a housing (100) of the device (180), the cup portion (83) configured to pivotally engage with respect to the housing (100) about a rotation axis (28) and having a push surface (83") exposed outside of the housing (100), such that a force exerted on the rotating portion (83) through the surface thereof (83') causes a rotation of the cup portion (83) with respect to the housing (100). The capsule (80) comprises a sealing membrane (86) with a fixed frame portion (86') stuck on the engagement portion (81) adjacent to a side of the edge (84), and a closure portion (86") continuously stuck on the edge (84), so as to seal the chamber of the cup portion (83), and the engagement portion (81) is joined to a side of the edge (84) through a weakened joint portion (82), such that said rotation causes the weakened joint portion (82) to break and then the cup portion (83) to be disengaged from the engagement portion (81), so that the cup portion (83) moves from a closed position (80), in which the chamber (89) is sealed by the closure portion (86") of the sealing membrane (86), to an open position (80), in which the chamber (89) is open to the outside through the mouth (87) at a part of the edge (84) now free from the sealing membrane (86)

    摘要： A capsule (10) to contain a food powder, for preparing a beverage as Turkish coffee, comprises a hollow body (11) with a first end portion and a second end portion (11', 11"), and an outlet mouth (14) for the food powder at the first end portion; an openable membrane (16) arranged at the first end portion, forming a first closure member the outlet; a second closure member (13) at the second end portion; and is configured for receiving a push action directed from the second closure member towards the outlet mouth. The second closure member can translate in the hollow body towards the outlet due to this push action until it reaches the first end portion, in order to push the food powder and to break the membrane, so that the food powder is discharged from the capsule through the outlet mouth. A device (100) for preparing the beverage for use with such a capsule, wherein a push means is provided (57) for applying on the capsule an axial push action in order to cause the second closure member to translate within the hollow body, up to the first end portion.
