The front waistband portion (16a) has a front three-layer section (26, 126, 226) and a front section (28, 128, 228) having no middle layer of material (22). Stretch, recovery, and/or modulus of the three-layer sections (18, 118, 218, 26, 126, 226) may be greater than the same properties of the section (28, 128, 228) having no middle layer of material (22).
