摘要:
The invention provides a ferritic heat-resistant steel having excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance, especially excellent steam oxidation-resistant characteristics. In high-Cr ferritic heat-resistant steel, ultra-fine oxide particles having a size of not larger than 1 µm are formed just below the oxide films and formed on the steel base, whereby the adhesiveness between the films and the base is enhanced. The ferritic heat-resistant steel contains Cr in an amount of from 8.0 to 13.0 % by weight, and at least one of Rh and Ir in a total amount of from 0.3 to 5.0 % by weight.

The invention according to the present application provides a high strength solidification body by solidifying a starting metallic powder of iron and the like by means of plastic working using hydrostatic pressing, which is, for instance, a high strength high toughness steel material and the like having a superfine texture comprising a crystalline texture consisting of grains 5 µm or less in average diameter, or preferably, 3 µm or less in average diameter. Furthermore, the present invention provides a steel material included in the high strength solidification body, which contains oxide grains 0.2 µm or less in diameter at a volume ratio of from 0.5 to 60 %.

In order to provide a welding system capable of freely controlling dispersion and concentration of arc heat input at a groove face of base material and enable to ensure melting of the base material while restraining excessive weld heat input by carrying out a control of a heat input distribution of arc, in arc welding by a wire consumable electrode system, at a groove between welded members, a position of a weld torch or feed speed of a wire is periodically varied and welding is carried out by controlling a phase difference between the variation and an arc current characteristic when it is changed.

A Ni-base directionally solidified alloy casting is produced by casting a Ni-base directionally solidified alloy having a composition of 10 to 14 wt.% Co, 2 to 3 wt.% Cr, 1.5 to 2.5 wt.% Mo, 5 to 6.5 wt.% W, 5.7 to 6.5 wt.% Al, 5.5 to 6.5 wt.% Ta, 4.5 to 5.0 wt.% Re, 0.01 to 1.5 wt.% Hf, 0.01 to 0.30 wt.% C, 0.01 to 0.03 wt.% B, and the balance of Ni and inevitable impurities. The Ni-base directionally solidified alloy casting is subjected to a solid solution treatment process at a temperature in the range of 1250 to 1300°C. Then the Ni-base directionally solidified alloy casting is subjected to a two-stage aging process for aging the Ni-base directionally solidified alloy casting at a temperature in the range of 750 to 1200°C.
