An apparatus (1) for feeding gas mixtures at the intake of a high pressure compressor (2) comprising a tubular mixing pipe (22) connected with the intake (I) of a sucking manifold (8) of the compressor (2), a first gas intake device (23) injecting into the mixing pipe (22) the gas received from a pressurized Helium source (26), a second gas intake device (24) placed downstream the first gas intake device (23) and injecting into the mixing pipe (22) the gas received from a pressurized Oxygen (28) source, two Oxygen-measurement sensors (31, 32) placed along the mixing pipe (22), downstream respectively the first (23) and second gas intake device (24), and measuring the percentage of Oxygen of the gas mixture, a first servo-controlled throttling valve (33) interposed between the first gas intake device (23) and the pressurized Helium source (26) and adjusting the gas flow directed to the first gas intake device (23), a second servo-controlled throttling valve (34) interposed between the second gas intake device (24) and the pressurized Oxygen source (28) and adjusting the gas flow directed to the second gas intake device (24), and an electronic control unit (35) configured so as to manage the two throttling valves (33, 34) on the basis of the Oxygen percentages of the gas mixture measured by the Oxygen-measurement sensors (31, 32), in such a way that the percentages of Oxygen, Nitrogen and Helium of the gas mixture at the output of the mixing pipe (22) keep equal to target percentages of Oxygen, Nitrogen and Helium. In detail, the apparatus (1) includes a first auxiliary pressure regulator (40) and a second auxiliary pressure regulator (41), electrically connected with the electronic control unit (35) managing their operation, the first one (40) interposed between the first servo-controlled valve (33) and a high pressure manual regulator (29) of the pressurized Helium source (26) and varying the pressure of the Helium entering into the first servo-controlled valve (33) and the second one (41) interposed between the second servo-controlled valve (34) and a high pressure manual regulator (30) of the pressurized Oxygen source (28) and varying the pressure of the Oxygen entering into the second servo-controlled valve (34).

Nitrox-mixtures production machine (1) comprising: a molecular separator (2), which is structured so as to receive at inlet a flow of air and to provide at outlet an intermediate Nitrox mixture with high oxygen percentage; a low-pressure compressor (3), which is adapted to feed an airflow at inlet of the molecular separator (2); a mixing manifold (4), which communicates with the molecular separator (2) so as to receive said intermediate Nitrox mixture, and is structured so as to mix the intermediate Nitrox mixture with fresh air coming from the outside, in order to provide at outlet a final Nitrox mixture with predefined composition; at least one oxygen sensor (5), which is adapted to measure the oxygen percentage present in said final Nitrox mixture; and an electronic control device (6), which is connected to said at least one oxygen sensor (5) and is adapted to regulate the flowrate of the airflow that the low-pressure compressor (3) feeds at inlet of the molecular separator (2) based on the signals coming from said at least one oxygen sensor (5).

A simplified construction multistage reciprocating volumetric compressor (1) comprising a plurality of compression stages (2, 3), each of which includes a movable piston (4) slidingly coupled with reciprocating swinging motion into a compression chamber of a fluid defined inside an outer cylinder (5), motorization means (6), operatively connected with a movable piston (4) of each of the compression stages (2, 3) through transmission means (7), and sealing means (8) interposed between the movable piston (4) and the outer cylinder (5) which the outer wall cooperate by contact with. In particular, the sealing means (8) comprise an elastic memory main ring (9) made of composite material, coupled with the outer wall (4a) of the movable piston (4) through joint means (10) and cooperating with an auxiliary radial thrust ring (11), interposed between the elastic memory main ring (9) and the outer wall (4a) of the movable piston (4) in such a way as oppose the structural deformations due to overheating suffered by the elastic memory main ring (9) during operation, thus preventing these the deformations become permanent, and keep the structural integrity of the elastic memory main ring (9) unchanged, increasing fluid pressure inside the compression chamber.

A flow reducer (1) for adjusting condensate discharge of high pressure compressors comprising a tubular body (2) which extends mainly along a longitudinal axis (Z) and is coupled downstream a discharge duct (S) of the condensate, connected with the high pressure compressor, in such a way that the inner volume of the tubular body (2) communicates with the inner volume of the discharge duct (S), an annular strike element (3), arranged within the tubular body (2) and having in the outer wall (3a) a plurality of incision (4) communicating with the central through hole (5) of the annular strike element (3), and valve means (6), contained into the tubular body (2) and suitable to be made axially movable by actuation means along a linear section (L) of the tubular body (2) between at least one rest position, coincident with the phase where discharge of the condensate is absent, in which the valve means (6) are spaced apart by the annular strike element (3), and an operating position, coincident with the phase where discharge of the condensate takes place, in which the valve means (6) are arranged close to the annular strike element (3) in such a manner that the surface incisions (4) communicate with the inner volume of the tubular body (2) and allows partialized dispensing of the condensate from the discharge duct (S) towards an external container (R).
