    and wherein the infusion system (1) can be configured in a non-operating configuration, in which the dispensing device (2) and the control device (3) are spaced apart from each other, and in an operating configuration, in which the dispensing device (2) and the control device (3) are temporarily proximitycoupled, and wherein the actuating rotor of the control device (3) and the actuated rotor of the dispensing device (2) are arranged so as to have a common direction of the rotation axes,
    characterised in that
    the system comprises means for compensating or blocking the relative rotation of the control device with respect to the dispensing device.

    iv) derivatization treatment of the sample of step i) with a compound of formula Ar-NH-NH 2 , wherein Ar is a phenyl substituted with one or more electron-attractant groups;
    iii) analysis of the solution resulting from step ii) by reverse-phase HPLC coupled to UV detector.
