    摘要: A lighting module (30) comprises a first terminal (30a) and a second terminal (30b) configured to receive a supply voltage ( V out ), and a string of light sources (LED 1 , LED 2 , ..., LED i , ..., LED n-1 , LED n ) connected in series between said terminals (30a, 30b).
    The lighting module (30) comprises a first protection circuit (40a) and a second protection circuit (40b), which are connected in series to the string of light sources. The first protection circuit (40a) is connected between the first terminal (30a) and a first light source (LED 1 ) of the string, and the second protection circuit (40b) is connected between a last light source (LED n ) of the string and the second terminal (30b) .
    The protection circuits (40a, 40b) comprise respective junctions or respective MOS field effect transistors, the value of impedance of which depends on the value of the supply voltage ( V out ).
