A plurality of over voltage protection (OVP) modules (230A, 230B) are each mounted adjacent to the hybrid adaptors (206). A PCBA module (230A, 230B) is in the enclosure (202) and transmits alarm signals or transmit voltage values measured from the power cables to a remote location.
