摘要： A method and an apparatus for implementing data transmission are disclosed. In the method and the apparatus according to embodiments of the present invention, a base station maps modulation symbols to resource elements, and sends precoded modulation symbols to a UE, so that the UE can use the reference signal frequency shift information and a mapping rule according to which the modulation symbols are mapped to the REs to complete data demodulation; and compared with an existing muting solution, in the method and the apparatus, all the REs can be used to complete data transmission, thereby avoiding waste of REs, and further improving throughput of service data, and improving spectrum efficiency of a system.
