Finally, the rings (3, 3') are conveniently separate by means of extensible poles (6) so that the complete tubular body (1) takes a cylindrical form. Thus, a structurally simple and inexpensive form work is obtained, which is easy to assemble, and in which the most expensive parts are recoverable and reusable.

The invention relates to a piece of formwork which is specially designed for the production of reinforced concrete cornices that are, for example, built into a slab as a one-piece extension of same. The inventive piece of formwork comprises an essentially level core (1) which is based on a light and highly resistant material or, more specifically, recycled or non-recycled complex ground materials at melting point. The aforementioned core is suitably shaped in accordance with the design of the cornice and provided with a laminar shell (2) which produces a perfect surface finish for the piece and which does not adhere to the concrete. In this way, the inventive piece requires little storage and transport space and is deformation resistant when used for formwork purposes. In addition, the piece is reversible, thereby enabling either of the two sides thereof to be used, and can be recycled after use.
