摘要： The invention relates to a meat mincer located inside a box (1) which is made of a material consisting of 75% natural mineral materials, the main constituent thereof being aluminum hydrate, and 25% acrylic resins. The box (1) and the frame (5) in which the functional components of the device are present, such as the drive shaft (6), the electric motor (9) and the endless snail (14) for advancing the meat entering from the hole (2) in the upper part of the box (1) towards the sieve-knife (17) for the extraction of the minced meat, are made with an forward inclination, so that the minced meat does not come into contact with the external surfaces of the device.
