摘要： A method for producing a pallet easily and quickly by heating the basic material uniformly. Plant fibers are used as a material and a non-woven fabric where the plant fibers are entangling non-directionally is impregnated with resin to form a sheet-like basic material. The basic material is then clamped by upper and lower dies and hot pressed by blowing hot air from a hot air port at the forward end of a hot air passage thus molding a pallet. Furthermore, a circulation passage, for coupling a hot air generating means with the hot air passage provided in the die is formed and hot air is preferably circulated between the hot air generating means and the hot air passage.

摘要： A method for making pallets in a simple and quick way by evenly heating a base material of pallets is provided.
To achieve the above objective, plant fibres are made into unwoven fabric randomly tangled and impregnated with resin to form a sheet of base material.
The base material is then sandwiched between upper and lower metal moulds, to be heated and pressurized by hot air blowing from hot-air vents at the end of a hot-air channel formed in the metal moulds to provide a pallet.
Furthermore, a circulation duct may be formed between a hot-air generating means and the hot-air channel made in the metal moulds to circulate hot air.
