摘要: A token count/sort apparatus includes a rotary disc (10) for supporting tokens (11) and is manually rotatable, an arcuate transfer track (23) extending along the periphery of the disc and formed with one token transfer inlet (24). A plurality of sorting holes are formed in the transfer track for successively sorting and dropping the tokens in the order of increasing diameters as the tokens are transferred upstream toward downstream in the transfer direction. An endless transfer belt (30) rotates in synchronism with the rotary disc (10) by intermediate gears (40), (41) and (42), thereby transferring the tokens (11) in a pressed condition. A token discerner (31) is provided between the token transfer inlet (24) and the sorting hole located at the most upstream position in the transfer direction for counting the tokens and determining the diameters of the tokens. In a batch processing mode, the token discerner determines whether the preset value for the token count or sum is attained. When a photointerruptor (88) detects the movement of the token (11) over a predetermined distance, the meshing between the intermediate gears (41) is released by a solenoid (83) to temporarily stop the transfer belt (30). Thus, the batch processing of the tokens can be performed by such a compact apparatus.

摘要: A coin stacker 2 has a back surface supported in a main case 3 by a support plate 32, behind which electromagnetic solenoids 41 are disposed so that solenoid plungers 43 move in generally up-and-down directions along the support plate 32. A horizontal shaft 45 pivotally supports link members 44, each having an end connected to one of the plungers 43 and another end connected to a base of a pusher 20. A coil spring 51 urges the pusher 20 onto an upper surface of the regulating groove 52 of the base member 12. The electromagnetic solenoid 41 moves forward the pusher 20 along a passage 17 between a pair of forward-facing supports 15 in the base member 12, thereby pushing a coin/token located at the lowest position in a stack of coins/tokens and supported by the pair of forward-facing supports 15, out into a shoot 5 disposed beneath the front of the main case 3, to the outside.

摘要: A compact, simply structured token counting and sorting apparatus includes a rotary disc 10 which is rotatable by a handle 17. A generally arcuate token transfer track 23 including a token transfer inlet 24 is arranged along the outer circumference of the rotary disc 10. The token transfer track 23 is provided with a plurality of sorting holes 25 for successively sorting and dropping the tokens in the order of increasing diameters as the tokens are transferred from the upstream side toward the downstream side in the transfer direction. 摘要: Coins of different kinds are fed through coin input part (16) of an upper case (3), and the number of coins ejected of each kind, and the total amount of money of the coins are calculated and displayed. A rotary disk (5) and a driven wheel (6) are provided on the upper face of the body case (2). A belt (12) is passed around them, and driven by means of a handle (14). An upper case (3) is openably/closably fitted to the body case (2), and a guide passage (19) is formed in the lower face of the upper case (3). A coin sensor for measuring the diameters of the coins and the number of coins passing is provided above a sensing hole (23) on the upper case (3) side. A light beam from a light source provided on the body case (2) side is projected toward the coin sensor. The coins fed are transferred from the outer edge of the rotating rotary disk (5) onto the belt (12) in the guide passage (19) and counted by the coin sensor before ejected through an ejection slot (11). A controller calculates the number of coins and the total amount of money of the coins, which are displayed on an LED display part provided on the upper face of the upper case (3).

摘要: Unassorted tokens of different types are supplied into a coin inlet portion 16 of an upper casing 3, so that the numbers of respective types or total amount of discharged tokens are calculated and displayed.
A rotary disk 5 and a disk follower 6 are arranged at an upper surface of a main case 2, with a belt 12 extending around their circumferences, so that they are rotated by a handle 14. An upper casing 3 is attached to the main case 2 in a manner enabling opening and closing movement. A lower surface of the upper casing 3 is formed with a guide passage 19. The upper casing 3 is provided with detection holes 23 above which a coin sensor is provided that is capable of calculating the diameters and transit number of tokens. The main case 2 is provided with a light source from which light is emitted for irradiating the coin sensor. The supplied tokens are shifted from the outer edge of the rotating rotary disk 5 onto the belt 12 in the guide passage 19. These tokens are detected by the coin sensor before they are discharged from an outlet 11.
