摘要: Provided is a very safe pre-filled syringe that reduces the time and efforts required in administering the injection. In the pre-filled syringe, a needle unit (1) attached to a vial includes: a substantially columnar retaining member (10) with needles at both ends; a holder member (11) holding the retaining member (10) with three pillar-shaped parts (111); and a holder member (12) holding the retaining member (10) with three pillar-shaped parts (121) and having an attachment portion (125) for the vial. The needle unit (1) is axially retractable when the pillar-shaped parts (111, 121) are alternately arranged in the circumferential direction, and is not axially retractable when distal end surfaces of the pillar-shaped parts (111) in one holder member face distal end surfaces of the pillar-shaped parts (121) in the other holder member. Axially retracting the needle unit (1) makes an injection needle (100A) project, and makes a perforation needle (100B) project inside the vial.

摘要: A prefilled syringe of a before-use mixing type is provided, which does not require a bypass portion defined by a recessed inner surface portion of an outer cylinder. In the prefilled syringe, a first gasket (4) and a second gasket (5) are fitted in the outer cylinder (2), and non-rotatively and complementarily shaped engagement portions (12), (13) are respectively provided at a front end of the first gasket (4) and a rear end of the second gasket (5) in order to reduce a liquid transfer period required for transferring a liquid between two chambers separated by the gaskets. During storage, the engagement portions (12), (13) abut against each other to be kept out of engagement with each other, whereby a drug containing space is defined between the gaskets (4), (5). When a liquid is transferred from a liquid containing space defined on a rear side of the first gasket (4) to the drug containing space, the internal pressure of the drug containing space is prevented from being excessively increased.

摘要: A device for continuously measuring the local skin sweating rate includes a sensor (1) used for applying to human skin at a measuring point and an air supply element (10) for supplying dehumidified air to the sensor (1). A first chamber (3) is formed between the sensor and the skin for mixing water vapor perspired from the skin and the dehumidified air supplied from the air supply element. A second chamber (6) is also formed within the sensor (1) and connected with the first chamber (3) through a communicating hole (31). The device further includes a humidity detector (4) in the second chamber. The humidity detector (4) varies its capacitance according to the relative humidity of the mixture. A temperature detecting element (5) is disposed in the second chamber for detecting the temperature in the second chamber and for outputing signals corresponding to the temperature. A humidity detector output element (7) is mounted on the sensor (1) and is electrically connected with the humidity detector (4) for outputing a humidity signal. A processor (18) calculates the sweating rate, which is independent of the temperature of the mixture, based on the humidity and temperature signals. An element is provided for continuously recording the data of the sweating rate obtained from the processor.
