Said protrusion (96) is so arranged and constructed as to impact said impact surface (74,76) when the drive shaft is rotated, whereby the adjustment ring and the body are rotated relative to each other, causing the jaws (18) to loosen or tighten depending on the direction the drive shaft is rotating. The protrusion (96) and the impact surface (74,76) are separable in response to rotation of said body.
