    摘要: The present invention makes it possible to provide a cell culture membrane capable of easily decomposing after allowing cell layers to be formed on both sides of the cell culture membrane. A cell culture membrane having a cell culture region at both surfaces thereof, the cell culture membrane containing methyl cellulose having a weight average molecular weight of from 20000 to 190000 as a main component, or containing methyl cellulose having a weight average molecular weight of from 190000 to 400000 as a main component, and further containing a dissolution temperature regulator. The dissolution temperature regulator is preferably at least one of sodium styrenesulfonate, sodium iodide, or sodium toluenesulfonate. A poorly soluble material is preferably added to the cell culture membrane.
