摘要： A smart exercise handle for bodyweight or resistance exercise is provided. The handle comprises: a hand-grip for a user to grip; and a ground-engaging section extending from the hand-grip. The ground-engaging section is for contacting the ground to support the smart exercise handle during exercise. The handle further comprises: at least one force sensor arranged on the hand-grip to detect a force applied to the hand-grip and generate a signal indicative thereof. The handle further comprises: a processor configured to receive the signal and generate information related to the force applied to the hand-grip.
