摘要: The invention relates to an ozone generator comprising a plurality of hollow cathode tubes which are arranged between the bases of tubes and which define an inner area through which gas flows and an outer jacket area which can be impinged upon by a coolant. A cooling unit comprising an evaporator, a compressor and a condenser is provided for cooling purposes. Efficiency is particularly high by virtue of the fact that the evaporator of the cooling unit is directly integrated into the outer jacket of the ozone generator. Production costs are reduced by virtue of the fact that fewer, more corrosion-resistant materials are used.
