摘要： The invention relates to a rawhide dehairing process comprising contacting a rawhide with a solution including a lipase and/or a protease for a predetermined amount of time, wherein the pH of the solution is substantially neutral, and removing hair from the rawhide. The invention also relates to cultures comprising enzyme-secreting Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains A/C2 and B/GZN.
