In order to better control the resonance behavior of this structure, the invention additionally proposes prestressing elements and guying elements that can be loaded with a variable tensile stress, the natural frequencies of the tower construction thus being varied and influenced to the effect that no interferences between excitation frequencies, in particular of the rotor unit of the wind generator, and the natural frequencies in particular of the tower construction occur and at the same time aerodynamic damping becomes possible.

The invention relates to a mobile crane device (10) for temporary assembly on an existing tower structure (12) of a wind turbine, comprising a crane tower (14) having a longitudinal axis (A) which is inclined relative to the vertical direction (16) in the assembly state of the crane device (10) on the tower structure (12) and which extends substantially vertically in an operating state of the crane device (10) assembled on the tower structure (12), a boom (18) which is pivotably attached to the crane tower (14) and which is folded down in the assembly state of the crane device (10), a crane chassis (20) which projects laterally from the crane tower (14) toward the tower structure (12) in the assembly state of the crane device (10) and which has contact means (22) by which the crane device (10) is supported on the tower structure (12) and can be displaced vertically along the latter, and a crane suspension (26) formed on the crane tower (14) for attaching a crane rope (28), to be stored on the tower structure (12), for the vertical displacement of the crane device (10), wherein the crane suspension (26) defines a force application point (P) for the crane rope (28), which in the assembly state of the crane device (10), as seen in vertical plan view, is arranged radially between the contact means (22) and the center of gravity (S) of the crane device (10), wherein, in the assembly state of the crane device (10), the crane tower (14) is freely pivotable relative to the tower structure (12) via the crane chassis (20).
