摘要： The invention refers to a novel pharmaceutical composition comprising a Zn(II)-complex of a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) selected from aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid), flurbiprofen, diclofenac, mefenamic acid, dexibuprofen, and ibuprofen (Zn(II)-NSAID-complex), optionally further comprising nitric oxide (Zn(II)-NO-NSAID-complex), a hydrophilic surfactant, and one or more mucoadhesive agents with increased solubility and permeability, better absorption and a higher AUC. The composition has anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties for the treatment of diseases and disorders related to pain, infection and inflammation.
