摘要： The invention relates to novel isocyanate and isothiocyanate compounds, pharmaceutical compositions comprising same, and the use thereof for the treatment of cancer in humans and animals. Compared with previously known isocyanate and isothiocyanate compounds, the novel isocyanate and isothiocyanate compounds are characterized by greater therapeutic breadth, i.e. fewer side effects and high antitumor activity.
