(b) A cooling unit (3) comprising:
• a cooling plate (5) made of a thermally conductive material, defined by a first and a second main surfaces separated by a thickness of said cooling plate, and an aperture extending from a large opening at the first main surface to a narrow opening to the second main surface, wherein the aperture is defined by an aperture wall which geometry matches the geometry of the downstream end of the oxy-burner to form a thermal contact therewith when the downstream end is inserted in the aperture;
