摘要: A multilayer pressure-sensitive adhesive foam tape that includes: a pressure-sensitive adhesive polymeric foam layer having a first major surface and a second major surface, wherein the polymeric foam comprises: a poly(meth)acrylate derived from a (meth)acrylate-based (co)polymer component having a weight-average molecular weight (M w ) no greater than 500,000 g/mol and comprising at least one reactive functional group (X); and an optional additive selected from the group consisting of a density-reducing solid filler, a tackifier, a VOC scavenger, an odor absorber (particularly, activated carbon), a stabilizer, a rheological modifier, a thixotropic compound, and a combination thereof; a first pressure-sensitive adhesive skin layer adjacent the first major surface of the foam layer; and a second pressure-sensitive adhesive skin layer adjacent the second major surface of the foam layer.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a silicone rubber foam layer obtainable by a process comprising the steps of:
a) providing a substrate;
b) providing a first solid film and applying it onto the substrate;
c) providing a coating tool provided with an upstream side and a downstream side, wherein the coating tool is offset from the substrate to form a gap normal to the surface of the substrate;
d) moving the first solid film relative to the coating tool in a downstream direction;
e) providing a curable and foamable precursor of the silicone rubber foam to the upstream side of the coating tool thereby coating the precursor of the silicone rubber foam through the gap as a layer onto the substrate provided with the first solid film;
f) providing a second solid film and applying it along the upstream side of the coating tool, such that the first solid film and the second solid film are applied simultaneously with the formation of the adjacent layer of the precursor of the silicone rubber foam;
g) foaming or allowing the precursor of the silicone rubber foam to foam;
h) curing or allowing the layer of the precursor of the silicone rubber foam to cure thereby forming the silicone rubber foam layer;
i) optionally, exposing the layer of the precursor of the silicone rubber foam to a thermal treatment; and
j) optionally, removing the first solid film and/or the second solid film from the silicone rubber foam layer.-

(i) a first layer comprising an inorganic woven or non-woven fiber sheet;
(ii) a second layer adjacent to the first layer, the second layer comprising (a) at least one silicone compound and (b) at least one silicate compound and/or at least one silicon oxide compound; and
(iii) a third layer adjacent to the second layer, the third layer comprising at least one adhesive layer.
